This blend combines the soft, soothing nature of mullien with the refreshing clarity of lemon verbana, eucalyptus, and peppermint to help open the breath, calm chest tightness, and create a sense of lightness and relief-especially during times of congestion, seasonal discomfort, or when the body feels heavy or tight. Beeswax gives the balm a smooth, protective texture that melts into the skin and holds the herbs close to the body. Vitamin E is included to help nourish the skin, support gentle healing and protect the skin barrier.

      How to use:

  • Massage a small amount onto the chest, upper back or throat area as needed. Use especially before rest or during times of seasonal discomfort. Take a few slow breaths while applying to support relaxation and connection with the breath.
